1/. Do you require a minimum rental? Yes. A minimum rental of six (6) centerpieces is required. You can choose between ostrich feather and LED branch centerpieces or even both kinds (3 ostrich feather centerpieces and 3 LED Branch centerpieces, for example).
2/. Do I need to rent the complete centerpiece? No, you don't have to. Please let us know what you would like us to exclude and we can adjust the pricing for you.
3/. What is the order process? It's very simple and no paper is involved. You fill out the order form, we then give you the final price quote and a contract. After receiving the deposit from you, we will see you at your event at least 2 hours before the event starts. The remaining balance can be paid on or one week after your event date.
4/. What do you accept for payments? Credit cards and check.
5/. Can I see the centerpiece before I rent it? Of course. We can send you some pictures or videos. If you prefer to see the centerpieces in person, just ask us.
6/. How early do you come to set up? We will come at least 2 hours before the event starts.
7/. Is travel fee included? It depends. We deliver up to 50 miles from 75088 zip code at no charge. Otherwise, an additional $0.49 per mile (only one way) based on Google Maps will apply.
8/. What are the main Terms and Conditions?- Payment Schedule: Reservations require a signed contract and a refundable security deposit of 50% of total fee to secure your date. The total rental fee is due on the event day or one (1) week after your rental date. If the balance is not paid on time, a late fee of $50 will apply.
- Transfer of event date: If you need to change the date of your event, a one-time transfer of your deposit can be made without penalty if the transfer is made 30 days or more days prior to the event date. If additional transfers are needed, and additional $200 per transfer will apply. All transfers are subject to product availability.
- Delivery: We deliver up to 50 miles from 75088 zip code at no charge. Otherwise, an additional $0.49 per mile (only one way) based on Google Maps will apply.
- Cancellation policy:
- If cancelled more than 30 days prior to event: 30% of the total is due.
- If cancelled between 15-30 days prior to event : 40% of the total is due.
- If cancelled one (1) week prior to event: 50% of the total is due.
9/. Privacy Policy: We take your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy is very simple: We do not share your information with anyone.
